Dr Sabrin Hasbun is the creative director of the festival, a long-term friend and supporter of the Palestine Museum and Cultural Centre. We held a launch event of an early draft of her family memoir in 2016 and in 2018 she presented as part of our PhD seminar series on the ethical issues arising from the use of memories to build non-fiction memoirs.
